How can we justify this? How can we justify destroying our oceans for food that clogs our arteries and causes heart disease? The work that Dr. Esselstyn is doing is a miracle, because he is reversing heart disease with a diet that does not result in 145 species of sea creatures being killed for food that is not good for us. Not to mention that all the literature shows that cattle grazing and growing crops for livestock is the #1 cause of species extinction.
